Epson Perfection V850 Pro Photo Scanner

Our Member’s Workstation facility, located in the production/studio floor in the basement level of the gallery building features a single user Mac workstation and an Epson Perfection V850 Pro Photo scanner. This facility is available for hire to Gallery of Photography members only.

The workstation is equipped with a selection of Adobe software including: Bridge, Lightroom, and PhotoShop. The Epson Perfection V850 Pro Photo Scanner is a professional-quality scanner with advanced control to archive film and photos with an efficient dual lens system and high-pass optics. 

What do I need to bring?
Members who avail of the image post-production/scanning facilities are advised to bring a form of external memory with them (external hard drive, USB memory key, disc – etc.) to take their work away with them at the end of their session. Work that is left on the workstation will be deleted.

Terms: New users will receive a free 30 mins introductory session – after which they may hire the flat bed scanner for independent use. If further tuition is required, the Artist Digital Studio one-to-one tuition rate will apply.

Individual Gallery Members (concession rate):
Half Day (11.15am to 1.45pm): €25.00
Half Day (2.00pm to 5.30pm): €25.00
Full Day (11.15pm to 5.30pm): €35.00

Individual Gallery Members (full rate):
Half Day (11.15am to 1.45pm): €35.00
Half Day (2.00pm to 5.30pm): €35.00
Full Day (11.15am to 5.30pm): €50.00

How to Book
Bookings should be made in advance by coming in person or by telephoning (01) 671 4654. Sessions must be paid for in advance – we accept all major credit cards.
Cancellations: Bookings are non-refundable. With more than 24 hours notice, a booking may be re-scheduled at no extra charge. To ensure availability of a particular scanner, please express interest at the time of booking.
